Whistleblower Protection

The Whistleblower Protection Act enhances our company’s Compliance program by overseeing the process of submitting and evaluating reports of unlawful activities through both the internal reporting system and other legal avenues. It also ensures the essential safeguarding of whistleblowers. Reporting a potential unlawful activity can be initiated by individuals who, in the course of their employment or similar activities, become aware of infractions within ThreatMark. The designated individual authorized to receive such notifications (Competent Person) is Mrs. Veronika Zelinko.

To submit a notification please use the provided form below. Additionally, notifications can be made through channels such as emailing whistleblowing@threatmark.com or in writing by sending a letter labeled “Whistleblower Protection” or “Ochrana oznamovatele” to the hands of the Competent Person to ThreatMark s.r.o., Hlinky 505/118, 603 00 Brno, Czech Republic Alternatively, you may submit notifications to the Ministry of Justice.
